How long have you been in business?
Shake the Weight has been open for business since May of 2008, I took over the business in February of 2010.

What is your main service/product?
We are a full service Nutrition Club/Smoothie shop, we serve breakfast and lunch Monday thru Friday and you can even call ahead and we will have it ready for you!

What makes you stand out from your competition?
We have FREE onsite wellness coaches who work with you and see that you are getting the best you need!

What is your company’s most significant recent accomplishment?
helping people reach their personal wellness goals is always a great accomplishment.

Why does your business belong to the Forest Lake Area Chamber of Commerce?
We belong to FLACC because we love being part of a community that is surrounded with great business and great people! It is a great way to get information about local business and events and also a great place to get our name to other people in the community!
